Automatically share projects

  1. Click User Preferences.
  2. Under Default Office, select the office you would like to share projects with.
  3. You can choose to automatically share projects created in either Direct Supplier or other Xactware tools.
  4. Click the office. Your change will automatically be saved.

You no longer need to manually send projects to a team member who's information is in your office.
