Add custom documents

The Document Modules pane shows all of the Company Headers and Model Statements available to you. Many of these are associated with specific profiles and cannot be modified. However, if a document is locked, you will still be able to view the content of the document.

The Document Modules page has two groups: Company Headers and Model Statements.

Company Headers

View or edit a company header

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. In the Company Headers list, double-click a header to view or edit the company header information.
  3. To change the image, click Image and select an image to import.
  4. Some company headers are set by clients and cannot be edited.

Add a company header

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. To the right of the Company Headers list, click Add.
  3. Enter a profile and a code for referencing the header.
  4. Type the company name and contact information.
  5. Click Image to add an image.

Delete a company header

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. Select a header, and click Delete.

Model Statements

View or edit a model statement

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. In the Model Statements list, double-click a model statement to view or edit the statement.
  3. To save your changes, click File, and select Save.

Add a model statement

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. To the right of the Model Statements list, click Add.
  3. Select a profile, and type a model name.
  4. Type the statement, click File, and select Save.

Add a Token

Tokens are fields of information that can be updated automatically in your model statement. For example, the Agent Contact field inserts the agent’s contact information into the model statement.

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. Double-click a model statement to view or edit the statement.
  3. Click the Insert Token icon (include icon), and select a token.
  4. To save your changes, click File, and select Save.
  5. Note: Some model statements are set by clients and cannot be edited.

Delete a model statement

  1. On the Control Center tab, click Document Modules.
  2. Select a statement, and click Delete.
