Apply status indicators

Updated 1 year ago by Bethany W.

Status Indicators are applied to a line item to indicate that further action is required. Status Indicators can be applied to the Inventory, Pricing, and Interview sections of the XactContents tab. In addition to the Zero Total and Uncategorized indicators, you can create up to four custom indicators.

  • The Zero Total (red) status indicates that the item has a total RCV equal to zero. This could be because the item has a quantity or unit price of zero.
  • The Uncategorized (teal) status indicates that the item has not been categorized or reviewed.

More than one status indicator can be applied to a single item. The color displayed for the item is determined by priority of the status. Status indicators are listed in descending order of priority, beginning with Zero Total, Uncategorized, and the four custom status colors.
